Product Detail
Heated desiccant dryers are developed to provide high-efficiency moisture removal performance in compressed air systems. Thanks to the heated regeneration system, they help the adsorbent material regenerate efficiently.
With -40°C and -70°C dew point options, low energy consumption heating structure and automatic operation mode, they offer reliable drying performance in industrial facilities.
Models and Technical Information
Heated type air dryers are designed to regenerate the moisture adsorber without compressed air loss by means of a centrifugal blower motor and a high-efficiency heater.
The fully automatic drying system operates on the principle of the motor drawing atmospheric air and passing it through the heater. The obtained hot air moves in the opposite direction of the drying air, contributing to an efficient regeneration process.
The advanced electronic control system automatically adjusts the dew point and the heating/regeneration process. In this way, energy savings are achieved while system performance is maintained.
Technical Advantage
The heated regeneration system increases drying performance by enabling more efficient regeneration of the adsorbent material and contributes to long adsorbent service life.
Usage Advantage
Thanks to the automatic operation mode and advanced electronic control system, the dryer operates in a balanced and energy-efficient way according to the air demand of the facility.
